How do I contact FunConnect customer support?

Email support@funconnect.app. If you have an account, go to Settings → Help & legal and tap "New request" to send a support request (we reply by email), or "Send feedback" to tell us what you think. FunConnect's phone number is +234 802 990 3731.

Step by step

1. Settings → Help & legal → "New request".
2. Choose a Topic (payments or wallet, a booking or contract, report someone, my account, something else), add a Subject and describe "What happened?".
3. Tap "Send request". Track it under "Your support requests": Open, We are on it, Resolved or Closed.
