How do I create promo codes or discount codes for my party?

In Box office, open your party and tap "Promo". Create a code (3 to 20 letters, numbers or dashes), choose percent off or Naira off per order, pick the ticket type it applies to, and optionally set a maximum number of uses and an end date.

Step by step

1. Go to Box office and find the party under Manage events.
2. Tap "Promo".
3. Enter the Code, choose Percent off or Naira off, and the amount.
4. Choose "All ticket types" or one paid ticket type.
5. Optionally set "Max uses" and "Ends", then save.

Good to know

• You can pause a code at any time. A code that has already been used can't be deleted; pause it instead.
• Codes show as Active, Paused, Ended or Used up.
• Promo codes and group discounts don't stack: buyers get the bigger one.
