Help Center / For specialists: getting started and getting booked

How do I get verified and earn badges like Rising Star?

Badges are earned automatically from real bookings. Rising Star needs 3+ completed jobs, 3+ reviews that are all 5 stars and ₦100k+ earned. Top Rated needs 20+ jobs, a 4.8+ average and ₦500k+. Elite needs 50+ jobs, a 4.9+ average and ₦2M+. The Verified business badge comes from sending your CAC details for review.

Step by step

1. Verified business: open Verification, enter your RC or BN number, registered business name and CAC certificate (photo or PDF up to 10MB), and tap "Send for review". A person on our team checks it.
2. Badges: complete bookings well and collect reviews. They're checked whenever a review or booking changes, and every night.

Good to know

• Only reviews visible to everyone count towards badges.
• ID verification (NIN and selfie) is opening soon. You can take bookings without it.
