What happens if I cancel a booking or can't make it as a specialist?

Open the contract and tap More → "Cancel booking". The host gets a full refund. If you cancel within 72 hours of the event, a 25% penalty is taken from your future payouts. Not showing up without at least 24 hours' notice breaks the Specialist Agreement and can cost you the whole booking payment.

Good to know

• If something stops you from attending, cancel as early as you can and message the host.
• Repeated cancellations show on your profile.
