How do I use my ticket at the party gate?

Show the QR code on your ticket at the gate and the host's team scans it. Each QR code works once: after it's scanned, the same code shows "Already used". A group ticket admits everyone on it in one scan.

Step by step

1. Before you leave, open your ticket from the email and tap "Save ticket to phone" or "Download PDF ticket" so it works without data.
2. At the gate, turn your screen brightness up and show the QR code.
3. The door team scans it and you're let in. A group ticket shows how many people it admits.

If your phone is dead or you can't find the ticket

The door team can look you up by your name, email or ticket code and let you in.

Good to know

• Don't share a picture of your QR code. Whoever is scanned first gets in, and the code won't work again.
