How do I find or download my FunConnect ticket again?

Open funconnect.app/redownload-ticket, enter the email you paid with and your ticket code, and tap "Find ticket". Both have to match. From your ticket you can tap "Save ticket to phone" or "Download PDF ticket" so you have it offline at the gate.

Step by step

1. Go to funconnect.app/redownload-ticket.
2. Enter the Email you used at checkout.
3. Enter your Ticket code (it's in your ticket email; the first 8 characters are enough).
4. Tap "Find ticket".
5. On your ticket, tap "Save ticket to phone" or "Download PDF ticket". You can also use "Add to calendar" and "Directions".

I don't have my code

The ticket can only be found with both the email and the code, so nobody else can pull up your ticket. If you've lost the email that had your code, email support@funconnect.app from the same address you paid with, and tell us the party name.

Good to know

• The "Open my ticket" button in your ticket email opens your ticket with the details already filled in.
