Why must my bank account name match my FunConnect name?

FunConnect only pays out to a bank account in your own name, checked with your bank, so nobody who gets into your account can send your money to theirs. Use your real name, exactly as it is on your bank account. Changing your name or bank account pauses withdrawals for 24 hours.

Using a brand name

Hosts can add a brand, for example "Teddy Ent", in Settings → Account → "Brand name (optional)". It shows on your party pages ("Hosted by") and guest invites, and changing it doesn't affect withdrawals. Specialists have a separate stage or business name on their profile.

If your name is wrong

Go to Settings → Account, change Full name to the name on your bank account and save. Withdrawals open again 24 hours later.
