How do I withdraw my ticket sales money to my bank account?

Ticket money is ready to withdraw as soon as tickets sell (95% of each sale). In Box office tap "Withdraw to bank", add a bank account in your own name, enter the amount (minimum ₦5,000), confirm with your password and the 6-digit code we email you. Most transfers arrive within minutes; some banks take up to 24 hours.

Step by step

1. Open Box office and tap "Withdraw to bank".
2. If you haven't added a bank yet, choose your Bank, enter your Account number and tap "Save account". The name on the account must match your FunConnect name.
3. Enter the Amount (minimum ₦5,000; no withdrawal fee) and tap "Continue".
4. Enter your FunConnect password and tap "Confirm and email me a code".
5. Enter the 6-digit Code from your email (it works for 10 minutes) and tap "Withdraw".
6. You'll see "On its way to your bank". Track it under Withdrawals (Processing, Sent or Failed).

Good to know

• If a withdrawal fails, the money goes back into your balance.
• Withdrawals pause for 24 hours after you change your name or bank account. This protects you if someone gets into your account.
• Business or family accounts in another person's name can't be used.
