How do I withdraw my earnings to my bank account?

Open your Wallet and tap "Withdraw to bank". Add a bank account in your own name, enter the amount (minimum ₦5,000), confirm with your password and the 6-digit code we email you. Most transfers arrive within minutes; some banks take up to 24 hours.

Step by step

1. Open Wallet and tap "Withdraw to bank".
2. First time: choose your Bank, enter your 10-digit Account number and tap "Save account". The name on the account must match your FunConnect name.
3. Enter the amount (minimum ₦5,000; no withdrawal fee).
4. Enter your FunConnect password and tap "Confirm and email me a code".
5. Enter the 6-digit Code (it works for 10 minutes) and tap "Withdraw".

Good to know

• Withdrawals pause for 24 hours after you change your name or bank account.
• After 5 wrong passwords, withdrawals lock for 15 minutes.
• Business or family accounts in another name can't be used.
