How do I create invitation cards and collect RSVPs on WhatsApp?

Go to Invitations (in your host dashboard) and tap "New invitation". Enter the occasion, names on the card, date and venue, then tap "Create and design the card". From there you add guests, send each card from your own WhatsApp, arrange seating, share an RSVP link and check people in at the door. It's free.

Step by step

1. Open Invitations and tap "New invitation".
2. Fill in "What's the occasion?", the names on the card, Date, State, Town or area and Venue.
3. Tap "Create and design the card".
4. Guests tab: "Add guest" (Name on the card, WhatsApp number, how many the card admits, Group, Table), or paste up to 500 at once. Send each card through WhatsApp.
5. RSVP link tab: turn on "Taking requests", choose the most people one request can bring (up to 6), share the link, then approve or decline requests.
6. Use the Seating tab for tables and the Door tab on the day.

Good to know

• If a card was forwarded or lost, use "New card" to replace it; the old one stops working.
