How do I send QR access cards for a wedding or private party?

Create a party and choose "Invite only" under "Who can come?". After publishing, open "Guests", add guests one by one or paste a list, and tap "Send access cards". Each guest gets an access card with a QR code by email, and your door team scans it like a ticket. It's free.

Step by step

1. Create Party: fill in the details and choose "Invite only (weddings, private parties)". The ticket step shows "No tickets needed".
2. Tap "Publish Party".
3. In Box office, tap "Guests" on the party.
4. Choose "One by one" (Name, Email, People 1 to 20) or "Paste a list" with one guest per line, for example: Ada Obi, ada@mail.com, 2.
5. Optionally add a "Message on the card".
6. Tap "Send access cards".

Good to know

• You can resend a card and export your guest list as a CSV.
• Up to 200 guests per send and 300 invitation emails per host per day.
• If you set a brand name in Settings → Account, invites say it's from your brand.
