How do I see who bought tickets and how much I've sold?

Open Box office and tap a party to see its sales: tickets sold out of capacity, sales in Naira, what you get after the 5% fee, how many have checked in, and every buyer. You can download the sales as a PDF report or a CSV. You also get an alert for each sale.

Step by step

1. Open Box office from your dashboard.
2. Tap the party to open its sales sheet.
3. Use "Search buyers" to find someone.
4. Tap "Download report (PDF)" or "CSV" for a copy.

Sales alerts

Each sale, free ticket or guest you add sends you an in-app alert with the running total, plus an email for sales and free tickets. Turn them on or off in Settings → Notifications → Ticket sales.
